Terms

By placing a reservation with DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE you acknowledge and agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further authorize DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show or for vehicle cleaning or damage.  Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.  DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.


Airport Arrival Service Wait Time


On all airport arrival reservations you will be considered a no-show after 45 minutes (60 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your flights arrival time.  If you have not met your driver or contacted DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation.  To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE at 720-234-2105 by phone.​  Requests for additional stops on Airport Service will be charged $10.00 per stop.  Stops are a maximum of 10 minutes, each additional minute will be charged at $1.50 per minute.


Update of Airport Service Arrival Times

Our drivers and our dispatchers keep track of all arrival times; provided you give DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE the correct flight number and Airline info, during your reservation, however, the update is only as reliable as the information is provided by the Airline and/or Airport.  Failure to provide the correct flight number may result in you not getting picked up.  It is your responsibility to notify DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE of any changes in flight numbers, delays, or cancellations to avoid being charged additional fees.


Deposits

A valid credit card is REQUIRED for all reservations.  DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for your convenience. We don't accept checks for deposits or final payments.


Cancellation Policy

  • Airport Service cancellations received less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will be charged the full quoted rate.  The exception is if your flight is cancelled or delayed by your airline--please call DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE to notify us of any flight cancellations or delays to avoid being charged.
  • Hourly Charter Service including Mountain Ski Resort Service requires a 24 hour cancellation notice or your credit card will be charged the full quoted rate.  The only exception to this policy is if the road conditions are severe enough that CDOT closes the road(s) to your destination.
  • All other reservations require a 12 hour cancellation notice to DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE to avoid being charged the full quoted rate.  The only exception to this policy is same day reservations require a 2 hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged the full quoted rate.

Surcharges

All out of pocket charges, including but not limited to, road tolls, parking, airport fees, fuel surcharge(s) and luggage carts will be billed to the client. Early morning and Late night fee of $10 - $15 applies between the hours of 10:30 pm - 5:30 am.  These surcharges typically will be in addition to your rate provided by DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE.


Termination of any Reservation 

DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the driver or Company dispatcher feels that the Renter and/or Party of the Renter is putting the driver or vehicle in any danger of injury or damage.  Additionally, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in possession of any illegal material or illegal substances, this service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. This is without exception.  DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE reserves the right to return renting party and its passenger(s) to the original pick up point or to drop the renting party at any safe location due to the above infractions.  THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING NO DRUGS NO DRINKING IN ANY OF COMPANY'S VEHICLES!


Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature

DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control, including but not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc.  We make every effort possible to find alternate routes to get around traffic back-ups, however, our priority is the safety of our drivers, our clients and our vehicles.


Vehicle Damage/Cleaning

The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($250/Incident for Cleaning Fee), Burns, Upholstery Tears, Opening a Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($500 or actual cost for Replacement or Repair, whichever is greater).  Actual amount will be billed per repair fee and time out of service for the vehicle.  Lost or Damaged Items: DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged.  DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE reserves the right to charge a delivery/postage fee for returning lost items if found.


Alcohol Policy -- Minors

No alcohol will be allowed in any vehicle with ANY passengers being under the age of 21 years old, even with parent's permission. NO EXCEPTIONS! Should any alcohol be found in any vehicle, DENVER LUXURY LIMOUSINE reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately and either return all of the passengers to the original pick up point or to call the parents to pick the minors up at a specified safe location. There will be no refunds on any of the unused time.



RED ROCKS TERMS AND CONDITIONS


​(1-3 passengers) will be $95 each way. Each extra stop on either way of pick and drop service will be $20. In addition to that no smoking, no drugs , and no drinking in the vehicle. Since it is pick and drop car service; if the client(s) are not at the pick up area after the concert is over within 20 minutes you will be charged $85 per hour minimum. Pick up and drop off location is standard for all limousine companies, which is north entrance on the very top OR Ask your Driver, if their is any confusion. That's is also the location where all the limousines are parked. If you change the location for the pick up from Red Rocks you will be charge $85 per hour minimum. If you have any questions please make sure you communicate with dispatch or your driver before you leave. Minimum fine will be $250 if you don't comply to these terms and conditions.
